How do I place an order?
Once you have selected your furniture pack/s by
clicking the ‘ADD to BASKET’ icon, you
can view your selection by clicking on ‘VIEW
BASKET’ or go directly to the checkout section
by clicking on ‘GO TO CHECKOUT’.
If you have any special instructions or important
information about access to your property, please
advise us accordingly. We may also ask you to confirm
that you have sufficient access and space for the
items you want to purchase.
You will then be asked to choose your preferred
payment method – credit or debit card. Once
your order is complete we will confirm the information
you have given us. At this stage you will have the
chance to make any changes to your selected furniture,
delivery address and payment details.
An email confirmation of your order, will be sent
to you confirming your Lodge order number and your
delivery details with all the contact numbers you
need. A further email will be sent within 48 hours
of order placement confirming an estimated delivery
time.
Can I make changes to my
order?
If you want to make any changes to your order, contact
the Lodge customer care during opening hours, on
0845 257 0254 or email customercare@lodge.co.uk
We can only accept cancellations if submitted in
writing, or in person, within three working days
from the order date and providing that the order
has not been put in progress by the supplier. In
exceptional circumstances we may allow cancellations
after three working days and in these circumstances
we will retain a percentage of the order value.
Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery
time and may alter the price you have been quoted.
Do you have a catalogue?
We are in the process of producing a comprehensive
product brochure and would be happy to send you
one as soon as it becomes available – please
register now by creating your own account with Lodge
and be one of the first to receive one.
Can you tell me the availability
of a specific item?
As our service is predominantly to the buy to let
sector, Lodge has specifically choosen products
that are readily available, due to the time critical
nature of the buy to let market. We have a policy
were we will only publish products that have realistic
delivery time parameters to ensure we exceed our
customers expectations. However, items not in stock
will take a little longer to be delivered, but as
our promise to our customers is to exceed expectations,
we will do our utmost to meet the specified delivery
times. Please be aware that stock levels change
daily and if, forwhatever reason or any unforeseen
circumstance arises that results in low stock we
will keep you informed and aware of any changes
that may occur from the time you originally placed
your order. Lodge cannot be held responsible for
delays beyond our control.

What if my order is late?
You will be given an estimated delivery time. If
it changes, we will let you know straight away.
