If requested we can provide full installation of the design. • Furniture specification – We visit and advise on the furniture most suitable for your house or apartment, to compliment the building, yourself and the tenant. We ensure the sizing and correct number of pieces is in place to create a home where people want to be within strict budgetary constraints. Under this service all items are fully assembled, installed and dressed. Ideal for investors keen to maximise value from a minimal time investment
• Full house clean – We arrange for a fully supervised professional clean of your property, particularly useful after building works or the end of a tenancy. At this time a full assessment is carried out to advise you of any damaged/worn furniture, equipment or utensils. We also recommend any areas which may need additional attention such as fresh paint in order to increase the rent ability of your property.
