The New Court Solid Oak 6 Drawer Chest is part of our New Court Oak furniture collection made from selected solid Oak and in many ways this range emulates the Shaker collection. The difference is the sharper, square timber used and the brass or steel metal handles that finish the collection off. Our New Court furniture is made in Europe from carefully selected Oak to ensure a very clean finish. The sections of Oak used are substantial and this becomes very obvious when lifting any piece? it really does weigh a ton and oozes added value not necessarily obvious from a picture. Most of the range has a waxed finish except for the Dining, Coffee and Lamp tables which have a very attractive satin lacquer protecting them from most hot items and spillages.
